I did a little bit of snooping around on Adobe Photoshop CS2, some people are having issue's running it on Windows 10. https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1919481
Oh and I thought I had passed this info along, long time ago but Clipping Magic is no longer free. They offer 3 different subscription prices, depending on your needs and how much you would use it would depend on whether you feel that paying for those subscriptions is worth the monthly fee.
I did happen to find some alternatives to Clipping Magic. They are:FotoFlexer Online Image EditorEdit Images for Free
I have not tried any of these yet, but will be putting them all to the test as cutting anything out in Sims 4 is a major pain in the kiester.
I put these programs to the test.
FotoFlexer is very time consuming
Online image editor seemed to work pretty easy and fast
Edit Photos for Free is more like clipping magic but runs extremely slow. On first attempt one side of the background on the image was removed but not the other. When marking that remaining side and clicking the "arrow" button it just said initializing and stayed that way.
